DETAILS:

Officers contacted Moore and he was found to have several warrants for his arrest. The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody. Moore was found to be in possession of a user amount of methamphetamine.

DISPOSITION:

Moore was lodged on the warrants and cited for UP Meth.

DETAILS:

Gater was contacted on the sidewalk near McDonald's where she had a tarp tied to a Walmart shopping cart to make a small shelter. The shopping cart also contained Gater's possessions. Gater has been cited before for possessing Walmart shopping carts.

DISPOSITION:

Gater was cited and released on scene for Theft II. The cart was returned to Walmart.

DETAILS:

Officers were dispatched to the location regarding a possible motorcycle crash. D1 stated that she was stopped in the left-hand lane of the intersection which was a left turn only lane. When the light turned green D1 continued straight through the intersection which caused D2 to crash into D1. D1 & D2 were not injured from the crash. V1 & V2 were both able to be driven from the scene.

DETAILS:

Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash with lane blockage and a damaged power pole. D2 was immediately transported to MMC by ambulance. Officers learned from witness statements and dash camera footage that D1 was driving eastbound on NE Stewart Pkwy and failed to stop at the red light at the intersection of NE Airport St and crashed into V2. V1 was towed from the scene by Joe's Towing and V2 was towed by Roseburg Towing. Pacific Power also responded to the scene to repair the power pole.

Kacy reported that Kenneth violated his restraining order by contacting Kacy through a third party. Officers confirmed Kenneth was not to have contact with Kacy through a third party. Kenneth later admitted to sending messages to a third party to contact Kacy. Kenneth was later arrested for violating his restraining order.

DETAILS:

Bedwell was witnessed breaking into the toolbox of a truck parked on the car lot. He was located hiding in another vehicle on the lot and detained. During the investigation it was discovered Bedwell had damaged several other vehicles parked at the location. He also had 4 felony warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to DCC.

DISPOSITION:

Bedwell was lodged at DCC.
